Our privacy protocol is designed to protect both the professional studio and the end client. Aruvili PhotoFlow operates as a zero-persistence infrastructure layer for your creative assets.
01. Data Governance
We do not store your original high-resolution assets. PhotoFlow creates high-speed proxies of your content directly from your connected storage clusters (e.g., Google Drive) to facilitate the proofing process.
02. Identity Synching
We collect essential identity data (emails, studio names) solely to manage your account and authentication cycle. We utilize Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookieless, privacy-first performance monitoring.
